Hello again everyone,
I have decided to start a sewing blog where I will post everything related to that. I probably won't be emailing links or posting them on Facebook, so be sure to subscribe or follow me if this interests you. The link is below.

Disney World
I was lucky enough to get to go to Walt Disney World with Mom and Dad in February. So now that it's March, I should probably share the pictures with you.
We had a fun time together and it's probably the last time for a while that we will be able to do a trip with just the three of us. Once John and I have kids around these days will be all in the past, which is ok in its own way.
Dad and me with Cinderella's Castle in the background.
Mom and me with Pooh and friends in Downtown Disney.
Ewok village outside Star Tours.
A Walker behind the tree, near the Ewok village.
The ultimate playhouse!
I'm trying to convince Dad to build me one, for the kids I mean.

Certified
Well, it's official. We got our Foster to Adopt certificate in the mail last week. Now comes the really scary part...getting the kids! We've already had calls for placements, but they haven't been quite what we're looking for. We were advised by our social worker to only take placements lasting a few days until we are matched with children available for adoption.
On that note, we are going to a carnival-thingy held by the Bellevue Rotary Club tomorrow. It is specifically for children who are available, or soon will be, to meet adults who are wanting to adopt them. It is set up as a carnival and lunch in order to relieve some of the pressure of meeting your possible future family. We are looking forward to it, hoping that we will meet some potentially new family members.
Here's hoping and we'll report back...
